An FBoy Island contestant has been outed as gay on the latest episode of the reality dating show.
The hit series, hosted by Abbie Chatfield, follows three women as they date 24 men, who are either players or looking for love.
FBoys are only on the show to play the game and win a cash prize of $50,000 if they fool the women into thinking they are a ‘nice guy’.
But contestant Nathan Giastis went further with his act, pretending he was heterosexual when he was actually the show’s first ever gay FBoy.
Nathan admitted he was gay after Abbie and his three female suitors discovered his social media profile.
The women were shocked when they found out Nathan has over 41,000 followers on TikTok and his content revealed his true identity.
The social media account featured liberal use of the rainbow flag emoji, which represents the LGBTQ community and a video in which he says women are disappointed he isn’t interested in them.
Contestant Nicole Mitrov, who had made a connection with Nathan, confronted him after the women assumed he may be either bisexual or ‘queerbaiting’ – a practice where a straight person performs ‘queer-coded’ behaviour in order to garner gay attention online.

‘Look, I have no problem dating someone bisexual. But have I got an issue with queerbaiting? Sure,’ Nicole, 27, said on the show.
‘But I’m just really confused about Nathan’s socials. Something about them is just not quite right. I need to figure out what his intentions are here because otherwise see you,’ she added.
After Nicole confronted Nathan, he admitted he is gay before shocking her by proposing that he could be a ‘mole’ in the competition and help them weed out the FBoys.
Following his departure from the show, Nathan told news.com.au: ‘My original game plan coming onto the show was to lay low and keep under the radar.’
‘I don’t openly show my sexuality in my day job as a tradie, so that was not a hard task coming onto the show,’ he said.
‘My game plan was to win a girl over just like any other guy on the show and make it to the end.’

It comes after host Abbie, 29, said the saucy reality matchmaking show is a humorous ‘feminist’ piece.
‘We are not The Bachelor or Love Island, and we are not pretending to be a political documentary about feminism,’ she told The Daily Telegraph earlier this year.
‘But as far as reality shows go and the scope of that, it is pretty feminist as we call out the FBoys constantly and the women are in control.
‘We do it in a humorous way and we are not pretending to be a serious show. Everyone knows what they are getting into. It is like we are all in on the joke.’
Abbie went on to say the series intends to ‘call out’ the ‘poor behaviour’ of the Fboys.
‘The whole point of the show is that when people do things that are a bit cooked, I call them out in real time,’ she said.
