“My opinion of them has changed…”
Married at First Sight Australia 2024’s Lauren Dunn has given an update on her friendship with Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams, and colour us shook!
From telling Lauren’s hubby Jonathan McCullough to “put a muzzle on her” to offering Tori up to the other grooms and cheating on her with his ex during filming, it’s no secret that many of the 2024 brides weren’t fond of Jack.
Jack and Tori’s co-stars also weren’t convinced their relo was legit, and rumours circulated that the pair were only together due to a “secret pact” to start a joint OnlyFans.

However, during part one of her tell-all in episode 407 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Lauren, who was formerly vocal about her disdain for the couple, admitted that her opinion on Jack and Tori’s relationship had changed since leaving the experiment.
“They live together, they’re in business together, they’re together all the time,” Lauren told host Megan Pustetto.
“Their lives are integrated. So my opinion of them has changed. I assumed that Jack wasn’t genuine because of what he was doing [on the show]. Maybe he wasn’t 100 per cent at the time, but he is now, and that’s all that matters.
“I really believe they’re in a genuine relationship.”
Married at First Sight’s Lauren Dunn reveals the state of her friendship with Tori Adams
We all saw Lauren and Tori form a close friendship at the start of the marriage experiment before sh*t hit the fan with Jack.
Despite the pair drifting, with Tori asserting she didn’t want to be friends with any of her co-stars IRL, Lauren confirmed that they still speak to each other from time to time.
“We respond to each other’s Stories here and there, and I’ve dropped in her comments section to defend her against nasty comments a few times because I’m quite defensive of the people I love,” she said.

“I only want the best for her. I really care for Tori, and I’m happy to see her thriving and prospering with Jack.”
The marketing and PR consultant added that her friendship with Tori could “absolutely” be repaired.
“Nothing terrible happened between us,” she justified. “Tori was obviously sh*tty with me because I kept coming after her dude. But there was no big fallout.”
She then said she’d catch up with Tori and Jack if she ever visited the Gold Coast. And that wasn’t on our bingo cards for 2024!
Married at First Sight‘s Lauren Dunn shares her thoughts on Jack Dunkley post-show
Despite their infamous muzzle incident, Lauren insisted that there was no bad blood between her and Jack.
“Jack and I are cool. There are no issues,” she said.
“He said and did sh*tty things, but he hasn’t continued to do them… He’s not involved in any drama or making joint TikToks about other people in the cast.
“He hasn’t commented on anyone. He’s just gone and lived his life, and he’s not hurting anyone.” And fair enough!
