And we hear there’s gonna be plenty of drama…
After a season that showcased more relationships being mended than houses, The Block 2024 auctions are right around the corner, and here’s everything we know about the HUGE day!
Whichever team makes the biggest profit on the day will be crowned the winners of The Block and will take home an additional $100,000 in prize money. Woohoo!

The official date has yet to be announced. However, last year’s auctions were on the first weekend of November, and if history repeats itself, we expect this year’s auction day to occur on Saturday, November 9 and air on Sunday, November 10.
How much are The Block 2024 homes expected to sell for?
According to the price guides, this year’s homes are set to bring in between $1.7 million and $1.85 million. This exceeds the suburb’s median price of $774,000. Wowza!
Who will be bidding at The Block 2024 auctions?
We can’t have an auction day on The Block without a healthy dose of drama, and it sounds like there will be plenty of chaos this year!
According to reports, serial The Block bidder Adrian Portelli “has his sights set on buying every single property” this year.
However, if the Buyer’s Jury event during the October 9 episode of The Block is anything to go by, mega buyer Danny Wallis isn’t letting Adrian have the last laugh.

When the LMCT+ big gun revealed he had his sights set on Mimi and Kristian Belperio‘s build, Danny also agreed it was the best option of the five houses.
Additionally, newcomer bidders Tom Omerod and Ollie Howard are hoping to oust Danny and Adrian from dominating the auctions this year.
Per Domain, the Melbourne business owners have revealed their intention to buy at least one of the Phillip Island homes. Game on!
Will Kylie & Brad be at The Block auction day?
Fans have also been speculating that Kylie and Brad Baker may be absent on the big day since Kylie quit the show after her hubby’s cheating scandal.
