Green is Jennifer Lopez’s color.

In a new Instagram post, she is yet again rocking the color that she’s been favoring a lot lately. From her stunning engagement ring from Ben Affleck, to her iHeart Radio Awards gown, and subsequent two-piece velvet post-show press look — it’s a color she’s always felt “lucky” wearing.

And in a new Instagram post, she asked her Instagram followers to help her pick out her outfit for date night, and went with a high neck dark green vintage Bottega Veneta dress with a super-high side slit that showed off her toned legs.

Besides her engagement ring, she accessorized the look with a gold belt, alligator platform Gucci heels, and a Cult Gaia clutch. Basically, she took date night to a wholeeee ‘nother level.

“About last night 💚🍀 #JLovers #ThanksForVoting #DateNight,” she captioned the pics.

To get her legs looking so good, J. Lo is all about strength training. In 2019, she shared a video of herself leg pressing nearly 300 pounds a whopping 10 times, showing off her truly impressive leg strength.

Of course, she also works her legs plenty with all the dancing and practicing she does for her tours and performances. Take this IG video:

But back in the gym. Jennifer never slacks. Shortly after New Year’s in 2021, she posted a photo of herself doing chest flys using a resistance machine.

To complete her total body workout, she also focuses on her abs. Jennifer’s trainer Dodd Romero told O, The Oprah Magazine that her typical routine starts with a set of 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. Here’s the Jennifer Lopez abs workout in its entirety:

Set 150 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate.

Set 2Everything from the first set but with 35 reps.

Set 3Same thing, but with 21 reps this time.

My abs hurt just reading that!

And her discipline translates to the kitchen, too. Her personal chef Kelvin Fernandez shared with Us Weekly that in preparation for her Super Bowl halftime performance, Jennifer eliminated carbohydrates and sugar from her diet.

But her regular diet is also super healthy, anyways. “Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, even though Jennifer is not a big fruit person,” he said. “The kids love their fresh berries. There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber and celery to make green juice. They love starting their day with a green juice. Eggs is always the biggest one. Turkey bacon is always the biggest one.”

Her breakfast sounds divine to us!
