Love Island Australia 2019‘s Matt Zukowski and his fiancée Tammy Hembrow have been rocked by explosive cheating claims, and buckle up!

Despite being set to marry in November, in March, Matt was busted sending flirty DMs to a random woman in the early hours of the morning.

But as revealed in episode 425 of the So Dramatic! podcast, this isn’t the only time Matt has allegedly “cheated” on Tammy. And these risky texts are nothing compared to some of the sh*t he’s gotten up to in the past.

Minus a few MAJOR hiccups (which we’ll discuss very soon), Matt dated his ex Genevieve from August 2021 to September 2023.

This is interesting because he was first spotted with Tammy in September 2023. However, according to Tammy’s Instagram, the duo celebrated their one-year anniversary on August 19. So it seems there was an overlap between the two ladies!

“When Matt started dating Tammy, him and Gen were still sleeping together, speaking daily, and seeing each other most days,” a friend of Genevieve’s told So Dramatic!.

“He’d visit Gen at work every second day, have lunch with her, send her flowers, have sleepovers, go on dates, spend every weekend together, go on holidays, the whole lot. He even helped her move house and they were working on a business together.” And this sounds like a definite relationship to us!

Another source confirmed that Matt was still dating Genevieve after he’d gone official with Tammy.

“Matt took Gen to the Botanical Gardens in late August 2023, which is where they first met. He recreated their first date and bought her flowers. It was very cute and romantic. Five days after that, he was official with Tammy.” Yikes.

To make matters even worse, on August 20 2023, a day after Matt and Tammy officially became a couple, the former Islander took Genevieve to a hotel for her birthday.

“Gen posted a TikTok on the 24th of August from this romantic weekend away with Matt,” the source added. “When the video of him and Tammy on a date came out, Matt was 100 per cent still with Gen.”

That same week, Matt and Genevieve were allegedly “hanging out together” and “sleeping with each other”. Wow!

As if things weren’t already horrific with the cheating claims, insiders also told So Dramatic! that Matt tried to get back with Genevieve after cheating on her with Tammy.

“Matt was calling and on the doorstep of his ex-girlfriend’s house four weeks into dating Tammy,” one source spilled.

Another insider backed this up, stating that one month after Matt and Tammy went Instagram official, he returned to Melbourne to try and rekindle his romance with Genevieve.

“He was non-stop trying to contact Gen and rocked up at her house several times, begging her to take him back,” the source recalled.

“Gen told him to leave her alone and never contact or come near her again. But Matt kept calling her and trying to win her back.” OMG!

The source said Matt’s attempts to get back with Genevieve were “so incessant” that she blocked his number and was too “scared” to go home, so she stayed at work.

“A week later, Matt bumped into Gen’s brother-in-law at the races,” the insider added. “He told him he’d been trying to call Gen, had rocked up to her house to speak to her to try to win her back, and said he still loved her.”

The source confirmed that Matt was trying to get back with Genevieve “as late as October 2023”. However, he proposed to Tammy during a trip to the Maldives in November 2023.

In one screenshot obtained by So Dramatic! from October 14 2023, two months after he started dating Tammy, two of Genevieve’s friends were messaging each other after one of them bumped into Matt.

“[Matt] pulled me aside and was chewing my ear off,” one friend texted the other. “Apparently, [he] tried to call Gen this week.” Yikes.

A second screenshot showed Genevieve messaging a friend the following day, letting them know that Matt had bumped into one of her mates the previous day.

Genevieve also said Matt “rocked up to [her] house” the day he tried to call her. And things aren’t looking good…

Why did Love Island‘s Matt Zukowski PROPOSE to Tammy Hembrow if he was still ‘IN LOVE’ with his ex?

You may be thinking: “Why did Matt propose to Tammy if he was still in love with his ex?”

For a bit of background, Matt previously dated The Bachelor Australia‘s Keira Maguire, and sources claimed the couple “had a mutual agreement to date each other for publicity”.

It seems he might have had a similar mentality when it came to Tammy.

“Matt told his friends that he still loved Gen but that dating Tammy would be huge for his career,” one source told So Dramatic!.

“Poor Tammy has been love-bombed and gaslit like every other girl he’s dated. I really feel sorry for her and think she needs to be warned about what she’s getting herself into. It’s not going to end well,” they added.

Sadly, this isn’t the first time Matt has cheated on a girlfriend.

Sources also told So Dramatic! that he signed up for Love Island UK and Love Island Games whilst he was dating Genevieve, with plans to “ghost her” if he made it on either show.

Instead of hosting him accountable, Matt’s Where’s Your Head At co-host Anna McEvoy “helped Matt” with his plan to return to the dating franchise behind his girlfriend’s back. Ouch.

But that’s not all…

During the explosive podcast episode, several other wild claims surfaced. These included Matt allegedly threatening to sue his ex and subscribing to other women’s OnlyFans accounts while he was dating her.
