Farmer Wants a Wife’s Claire Saunders claims Andrew Coleman stole her car

On September 7, Claire took to social media to make several shocking claims about the farmer. She alleged that her former partner had travelled to Tasmania and “followed” her before stealing her car.

“Turns out Andrew flew down to Tasmania in secret and followed me around for a few days without my knowledge,” she wrote on Instagram.

Claire alleged that on September 5, while she was at her mother’s Launceston home, she discovered her Toyota Prado had been stolen.

“He waited until I was asleep and in the middle of the night, stole it from my mum’s driveway,” she continued.

Claire reported the alleged theft to the Tasmania Police, but they were unable to help as it was “classed as a civil case.”

“I woke up [on] Thursday morning to find my car was gone. So I called the police and reported it stolen,” she continued.

“While I’m crying doing my statement to the police, he was driving my car to Hobart to put it on a car carrier to be shipped to the mainland. Now, I have no leg to stand on as it’s classed as a civil case.”

Farmer Wants a Wife’s Claire says she hasn’t spoken to Andrew since she left his farm

The truck driver explained that she hadn’t seen or heard from Andrew since she left his farm in Narromine, NSW, because he wouldn’t “take her calls or see her”. She’d tried to “sort things out” with him, but he never responded.

“I don’t understand any of it because how can someone you love go to so much effort to steal from you but not see you to talk,” she said.

She finished by urging women in “bad relationships” to leave “no matter how much it hurts”.

“I will say this, girls: you should never ever stay in a bad relationship. If you are made to feel like you are not worthy, leave. No matter how much it hurts because it will never change.”

So Dramatic! has contacted Claire and Andrew for comment.
