Adrian Portelli was all smiles on Monday following his historic final appearance on The Block, as he was spotted stepping out with his partner and their daughter.

Rarely-seen girlfriend Karlie Butler was garbed in brown athleisure wear as she went for a solo stroll with their son Mercy, who the couple welcomed in January.

Meanwhile, the billionaire businessman, 35, appeared to head out to run a few errands as he donned a nude T-shirt and white shorts.

The entrepreneur flashed his tattoos as he was seen entering his lavish home, accessorising his casual look with a cap and slides.

Karlie finished off her own look with a hat which matched her white sneakers and cardigan as she enjoyed a sunny walk in form-fitting tights.

Just moments after his sighting, Portelli took to Instagram to reveal his next big career move in a video he uploaded to his Stories.

The entrepreneur was walking through his house, putting on an exasperated expression, as he said he had to ‘fill the void’ The Block left behind.

‘So now that I’ve retired from The Block officially, I need to fill the void. I need to fill the void. Maybe it’s time I come off with my own TV show,’ he said.

It comes after Portelli revealed the one condition that could lure him back to The Block, after he announced he would be departing the show for good following Sunday night’s nail-biting finale.

‘If I never get called “Mr Lambo” again, I’ll come back to The Block,’ Portelli told Seb Costello on A Current Affair on Monday night, before confirming he was definitely ‘retired’ from the show.

‘I’m 100 per cent done,’ he added.

Portelli announced his exit from The Block with an Instagram post stating: ‘It’s time to say goodbye to The Block and this Dummy Bidder is going out with a f**kng Bang!’

When pressed by followers as to whether he was really bidding the renovation series farewell, Portelli confirmed: ‘It is my last season on The Block. It’s been a fun ride but time to say goodbye.’

Portelli first raised eyebrows in 2022, arriving at Omar and Oz’s auction in a yellow Lamborghini, which earned him his flashy nickname.

He made history on Sunday night when he snapped up every Block home on Phillip Island for a staggering $15.03million during the finale of the Channel Nine show.

Portelli has revealed he will be giving away all the houses in a massive ‘resort giveaway’ through his LMCT+ raffle business.

‘Under new management! And as mayor of Portelli town, I would like to announce a world first. LET’S GIVE AWAY A FKN RESORT!’ he captioned his post on Facebook.

‘1 Giveaway – 1 Prize – Winner takes the whole resort OR $8,000,000 instant Tax-Free Cash instead! Let the game begin.’

Accompanying the announcement was a photo of Portelli posing alongside one of his lavish cars inside the Block complex he just purchased.

He was all smiles as he leaned back against his vehicle holding an LMCT+ banner with a ‘No Vacancy’ sign artfully captured in the image.

The ‘rewards club’ Portelli has made his billions from sees his customers pay for different tiers of membership to receive a number of entries in luxury giveaways.

The nail-biting Block finale was the most profitable auction day in the show’s history, with all five teams taking home an eye-watering $5.43million in profits.

Maddy and Charlotte Harry became the youngest-ever auction winners, taking home an eye-watering $1.65million profit on the finale.

The sisters, who were latecomers to the 2024 series, secured the highest bid on the day, with their renovated Phillip Island property selling for $3.5million.

Maddy, 24, and Charlotte, 22, also took home an extra $100,000 for their monumental victory.

Meanwhile, their co-stars also walked away from the auction pocketing millions thanks to Adrian.

Courtney and Grant Freeman kicked off the auction day with a stunning victory, also selling their property to the billionaire for a whopping $3.3million.

This sale gave the pair an incredible profit of $1.35million over their $1.95million reserve, instantly propelling them into The Block’s all-time high earners.

Kylie and Brad Baker also laughed all the way to the bank, with Adrian making another headline-grabbing purchase, securing the couple’s property for $2.6million.

They left the show with a very healthy $650,000 profit on their property’s $1,950,000 reserve.

Kristian and Mimi entered the auction with a strategic advantage, having secured a $50,000 reduction on their reserve.

Amid a flurry of bids, their property sold for $2.93million to a buyer’s agent, earning the couple an impressive $1.03million profit and making them the second team this season to become instant millionaires.

Ricky Recard and Haydn Wise were meanwhile visibly frustrated after drawing the fourth auction spot, with Ricky declaring it the ‘worst-case scenario.’

However, Adrian once again came to the rescue, snapping up their home for $2.7million.

This sale landed the boys a solid profit of $750,000, adding them to the season’s roster of big winners.
