Tammy Hembrow’s relationship history

Tammy, one of Australia’s most successful influencers with a combined social media following of over 20 million, is a mum of three young children — Wolf, eight, Saskia, seven and Posy, one.

She shares her two eldest children with fitness influencer Reece Hawkins. The pair were engaged in 2018 but split that same year after four years together.

In September 2020, the 30-year-old moved on with ironman Matt Poole, who proposed to her after a little over a year of dating.

They welcomed their daughter Posy the following June. However, just three months after her birth in September 2022, they broke up.

Matt Zukowski’s relationship history

As we know, Matt shot to fame in the second season of Love Island Australia, during which he was the runner-up with Cartier Surjan.

However, the pair called it quits just two weeks after leaving the villa.

The following year, in July 2020, Matt started dating The Bachelor Australia‘s Keira Maguire, as first revealed by So Dramatic!.

Seven months later in February 2021, So Dramatic! reported that the pair had sadly split, with Keira confirming this intel three months later, in May.

Their split wasn’t without controversy, however. Sources claimed at the time that the couple “had a mutual agreement to date each other for publicity”.

It was in August 2021 that Matt began dating his then-partner Genevieve, who had the honour of getting her name tattooed on her bae’s butt! Classy!

They went Instagram official in October of that same year, but they were only together for a year and a half.

So Dramatic! reported in January 2023 that they’d gone their separate ways after their respective social media accounts were wiped of any trace of one another.

When did Tammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski get together?

Fast forward to September 2023, and it was revealed that Tammy and Matt were dating after paparazzi footage of the pair getting on the Gold Coast surfaced.

Later that month, the duo made their relationship red carpet official when they appeared at a movie premiere together.

Also in September 2023, Matt confessed on his podcast, Where’s Your Head At?, that he was “falling in love” with the young mum.

However, it wasn’t until October that he and Tammy hard-launched their relationship on social media, officially making their romance known to the masses.

Matt Zukowski proposes to Tammy Hembrow in the Maldives

Weeks after their hard launch, Tammy sent fans into a frenzy in November upon the reveal that she had Matt’s name tattooed on her hip.

But that was nothing compared to the frenzy that occurred later that month, when — after just two months of dating — the couple announced they were already engaged after Matt popped the question during a getaway to the Maldives.

The proposal marked the third engagement for Tammy, after her relationships with Reece and Matt Poole.

The first cheating claims involving Matt Zukowski surface

The first major bump in the road came in March 2023, when Matt was busted sending flirty DMs to another woman after a night out.

In a since-deleted post, one gal took to the Facebook group “Tea Time” to expose Matt for sending suggestive messages to one of her besties.

In a screenshot, the reality star replied to one of the woman’s Instagram posts with: “Still with your BF?”

She replied: “Hey Matt. Yes, why’s that? Still marrying Tammy?”

“Interesting, haha. And yes,” Matt added.

After he was exposed, Matt tried to downplay the situation, claiming he was messaging the user in a bid to set up a mate.

Matt’s mate allegedly thought he would have more luck given his blue-tick status and because Matt and his sister were both supposedly following the woman on Instagram at the time.

However, So Dramatic! can reveal that neither Matt nor his sister were following her when the texts were sent.

The woman who received the DMs later told So Dramatic! that she “doesn’t know Matt at all” and is “in a happy relationship”.

She also revealed that the post Matt had replied to was a spicy bikini snap of herself in Bali. Eeek…

How did Tammy Hembrow respond to the cheating allegations?

When news of Matt’s suspicious DMs broke, Tammy removed all photos of her bae from Instagram and also blocked him.

She followed this up with some telling snaps where she wasn’t wearing her engagement ring, indicating trouble in paradise.

However, just a few days later, the couple had already put the scandal behind them, as they were spotted at the movies with Tammy’s kids.

Shortly after, they confirmed they were back on, with a series of loved-up snaps from Tammy’s birthday celebrations.

Then, in April, Matt cemented his love for Tammy by getting a tattoo of her name inside a love heart on his hip to match her ink.

More cheating claims implicating Matt Zukowski emerge

As if one cheating scandal was enough, Matt found himself accused yet again of being unfaithful to Tammy.

In another Tea Time post on Facebook, one user asked if she should send the influencer “screenshots of [an] Uber trip”, as well as snaps of herself with Matt and his friends.

“If I was her I would want to know that a month into their relationship he cheated on her,” the user claimed. “This was in September 2023.

“That night I spent with Matt he told in front of his friends that he went on a date with [Tammy] but didn’t say they were actually together or anything and still slept with me.”

However, Influencer Updates recently posted an update, debunking the claims “based on the fact [Tammy and Matt] were celebrating their one-year anniversary, and the receipt would have been before that”.

So, case closed we guess?!

Tammy Hembrow’s sisters appear on Matt Zukowski’s podcast in awkward interview

Cut to September 25, 2024 when Tammy’s sisters, Amy and Emilee, appeared on Matt’s podcast.

During the episode, the pair pretty much roasted TF out of their future brother-in-law, confessing they had a sh*t-ton of concerns about the relationship.

In their chat, the women implied that Matt was potentially using their sister for her money and was a gold digger.

They called him an “immature baby”, “little teenager boy”, a “big baby”, and confessed they thought he was “delusional” for proposing to her so quickly.

Amy and Emilee — making it clear they didn’t approve of the relationship — also issued a warning to Matt, telling him not to hurt their sister.

Tammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski’s blocking/unblocking spree

Immediately after Matt’s podcast episode with Amy and Emilee went live, fans noticed that Tammy and her bae had unfollowed each other.

Or worse — Tammy had potentially blocked Matt because he had been removed from her tagged photos, making it the third time she had done so.

Making things even more confusing, Amy and Emilee appeared to unfollow Tammy, but they still followed Matt.

Meanwhile, Tammy was still following her sisters.

At the time the drama went down, Matt was in Melbourne, while his fiancée was at home on the Gold Coast, and they were soon following one another again.

Just days later, on October 5, the bride and groom-to-be held a combined Hens and Bucks party on the Gold Coast.

However, things appeared to — yet again — be on the rocks after the couple were papped having a “heated” argument.

One source told Daily Mail that the confrontation occurred early in the day, and was about a prenuptial agreement Tammy had asked Matt to sign.

“This has been brewing for a while,” the insider said.

“It all started when Tammy brought up the prenup. Since then, they’ve unfollowed and re-followed each other on social media multiple times, and there’s speculation that the wedding might not go ahead at all.”

However, the day’s celebrations continued, after which Tammy made a gushing post about Matt and asked fans to call her “Mrs Zukowski”.

Tammy later took to TikTok to address what really went down at their party.

In the clip, she explained that she cries at the “drop of a hat”, and she wasn’t fighting with Matt in *those* leaked snaps.

“I cry when I’m happy, sad, excited, nervous, scared, anything,” she admitted.

Tammy then said rumours that they were fighting about a prenup “couldn’t be further from the truth.

“We agreed we’d get [a prenup] straight away. It was a smart thing to do for both of our sakes and isn’t something we’ve ever fought about,” she explained.

“This rumour is completely and utterly made up.”

At the time of writing, Tammy and Matt are set to wed in a Byron Bay ceremony in November.
