The Block’s Kylie and Brad Baker have made their first public appearance since their dramatic exit from the hit Channel Nine show.
The pair were spotted unwinding at the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday, enjoying some drinks and a few laughs.
Kylie looked glamorous in an emerald-green, one-shoulder gown that hugged her figure, elegantly ruched along the sides for a flattering finish.
The controversial reality contestant ditched her green locks in favour of a blonde do that was styled straight and sleek for the event that stops the nation.
She added to her look with a bold, black fascinator and statement earrings.
Kylie appeared to be having the time of her laugh as she mingled with racegoers and sipped from a glass of Champagne.
At one point she even stopped to have a photo taken with an admirer.
Elsewhere, husband Brad looked sharp in a beige suit paired with a black dress shirt and matching tie.

Despite the couple’s ‘flirtgate’ scandal on The Block, they appeared to be very much together at the event.
Their public outing comes amid the fallout of The Block’s ‘flirt-gate’ scandal, where Brad’s cheeky remark to fellow contestant Mimi Belperio, about following her hypothetical OnlyFans account, ignited tensions with Kylie.
In a shocking turn of events during Sunday night’s episode, Kylie stormed off set, visibly upset and declaring she was ‘done’ with the show.
According to an insider, Kylie and Brad’s departure left House Four unfinished, with much of the remaining work being completed by their builders.
This has fuelled resentment among other contestants, who argue the couple shouldn’t benefit financially if their property sells for above the guide price at auction.

Despite the couple’s ‘flirtgate’ scandal on The Block, they appeared to be very much together at the event.
‘There was a lot more that needed to be finished by Channel Nine after the couple quit the show,’ an anonymous contestant revealed.
‘House Four was the least completed property, and other builders had to step in and make the final decisions. It seems unreasonable not to finish your house and still be eligible for the same percentages.’
Despite the backlash, a clause in the contestants’ contracts may secure Kylie and Brad a profit from the upcoming auction.
While the other teams celebrated ‘tools down’ with host Scott Cam, Kylie was notably absent, with Brad left to relay her final order for the tradies to ‘leave it’ and ‘get out’ during their last hours of work.
In an emotional confession, Kylie revealed that she initially joined The Block with hopes of financial relief, contrasting her own pay-to-pay lifestyle with her husband’s successful business.
‘We’re always working, always being parents,’ she admitted. ‘I thought we’d get a bit of a holiday here.’
As the auction day looms, Kylie and Brad’s Melbourne Cup appearance might be their attempt to put on a united front, but whether their gamble on The Block will pay off remains to be seen.
