It comes as it was revealed the TV groom was not invited to the 2024 Logies.
Married at First Sight Australia 2024 groom Timothy Smith has been “blacklisted” by Channel Nine, according to insiders.
ICYMI: Timothy called out former Nine journalist Peter Stefanovic in May after his controversial Sky News interview with Indigenous teen Keegan Payne.
Keegan appeared on Sky News after catching a barramundi worth $1 million in a Million Dollar Fish competition. However, Peter pivoted the interview to question the 19-year-old about his past instances of theft.

Taking to TikTok following the interview, Timothy revealed he was “f*cking disgusted in” Peter.
“For a young bloke in the territory to turn his life around and for you to point out something he did five years ago when he was 14. You should be absolutely disgusted in yourself,” he said.
He also claimed Peter had previously engaged in “illegal” activities, as told to Timothy when the pair spent time together in Vancouver 20 years ago.
Insiders reveal Nine’s stance on Married at First Sight‘s Timothy Smith
As reported in episode 402 of the So Dramatic! podcast, Timothy speaking ill of the ex-Nine journalist has rubbed the network up the wrong way.
“Timothy has been blacklisted by Nine for his comments about their darling Karl Stefanovic’s brother Peter regarding his Sky News interview with Indigenous fisherman Keegan Payne,” an insider told host Megan Pustetto.
The tidbit comes after Timothy confessed he lied to Nine about his criminal history in order to appear on MAFS.
As first reported by So Dramatic! in April, the 52-year-old was sentenced for drug trafficking commercial amounts of drugs in the US in 2006.
