FBOY Island Australia 2024‘s Ally Woodfall has revealed why she isn’t close with her fellow leading ladies during a massive tea-spilling session, and buckle up!

So Dramatic! previously revealed that Ally was a nightmare behind the scenes and had “multiple tantrums on set”.

As such, her fellow leads Nicole Mitrov and Krystal Thomas “didn’t like her”. Host Abbie Chatfield was also “disgusted” by her antics and “refused to speak to her” at one of the show’s press events.

During a recent Instagram Q&A, Ally addressed her relationship with the other ladies, calling it very “unique” given the situation they were in.

“To go from strangers to spending 24 hours a day together and having no contact with the outside world isn’t something you can fathom until you’re in it. It’s wild,” she told her followers.

The 27-year-old explained that she was usually the “outgoing, rowdy, confident” person in a friendship group. However, she struggled with the “dynamic” upon meeting Krystal and Nicole, who are both “strong and independent”.

“I really struggled with finding my feet and [figuring out] how I fit in,” she recalled.

“I lost who I was because I was unsure of who I was when I wasn’t being this confident person, and I felt they were more confident, outgoing and greater women than I was, and I felt lost.”

She also said there was “always one person left out” in a group of three, stating that the other ladies got along better with each other than they did with her.

“I felt like a third wheel and was a bit left out at times,” she said. “There are no hard feelings, I’ve just gone in a different direction.”

Despite being outed as an Andrew Tate supporter and exhibiting possessive traits, Ally chose to split her prize money with Joe Blanch. Surprisingly, the pair are still happily together.

According to Ally, Joe has changed a lot since his stint on the dating show.

“Haters are going to hate to hear it, but the Joe I met in episode one versus the Joe I’ve been with for seven months and now live with are two different people,” she admitted.

Ally also said the couple has experienced a lot of growth over the past few months.

“I don’t think who I was [on the show] is a true depiction of who I am as a person, and I think it’s the same for Joe,” she added. “That being said, we all said what we said and did what we did, and nothing was fake.”

One fan asked the Queensland-based reality star whether she noticed any “red flags” in her bae whilst watching back the show that she didn’t see during filming.

“Yes I did, the man’s a walking red flag,” she responded.

“My least favourite red flag is that he puts dirty clothes back in the hangers and drawers. I can’t deal with this toxicity; it’s so bad,” she joked.

Another asked whether Joe’s “protectiveness” was as much of an issue IRL as it was on the show.

“Posessive isn’t the right word, protective is,” she started. “He’s protective, and so am I. He cares so deeply for the people he loves that he’d die for them. In a relationship, I want someone to protect me. I want to feel safe and like they’re obsessed with me.”

Ally said she gives ” 100 per cent” in a relationship, and Joe is the same.

“It works for us, and it’s not an issue,” she finished.

She also shared her feelings about Nicole being Joe’s first pick.

“I don’t really care; it’s a dating show, and we’re meant to date other people,” she said. “I had more choices than he did. But I’m his choice every day now.”

Ally also addressed how she’s been dealing with the backlash she’s received online.

“Everyone’s got an opinion, and there’s always going to be someone who doesn’t like you just for being yourself,” she started.

“It’s hard to get your head around all these comments and digs from people you don’t know, and it’s hard to say I brush it off and don’t let it affect me because it does.”

However, as someone who struggles with feeling like she has to be liked by everyone, she has realised that it’s “okay not to be liked” since her time on the show.
