He was a founding member of one of Australia’s most popular children’s groups, and performed hundreds of shows with them during his stint in the band.

The Sydney-born entertainer developed a reputation for his charismatic and upbeat stage performances, as he brought his A-game to every show.

He has recently been working on his solo singing career and touring Australia with his incredible pop-rock shows.

On Wednesday, he shared a jaw-dropping photo to Instagram which captured him waiting at an airport departure lounge, to board a flight to his next show.

The vibrant performer looked like a completely different person compared to his heyday, as he rocked a stylish and confident look with a rugged five o’clock shadow beard and slick aviator sunglasses.

However, he still had the same cheeky grin that won over millions of fans.

Of course, it is Nathan Foley, one of the original members of Hi-5 – who at one point were rivalling The Wiggles as Australia’s most popular kids group.

Nathan looked to be in good spirits as he waited to board a flight to his next show, and he captioned the snap with some informative words: ‘Been a hell of a two-week period.

‘From food poisoning to finally getting over pneumonia, whilst doing my Aussie to the bone show, AND releasing my new track AND video.

Nathan was part of the original and most iconic line-up of Hi-5, comprising of himself, Kathleen de Leon, Kellie Crawford, Tim Harding and Charli Robinson.

The popular group was formed in 1998 and went on to become one of the most recognisable children’s bands in Australia until their split in 2019.

Nathan left the group in 2008 and went on to perform in stage productions, including Mamma Mia!.

He also competed in the 2019 season of Channel Nine’s The Voice and was part of Team Delta Goodrem, but was knockout in the first round.

He married Jamaican model and fashion designer Nicolette Gomex in 2019 – The couple welcomed their first child, son Jackson Joel, in December that year.
