Dumped Love Island Australia contestant Elisha has been the most controversial of Nine’s spicy ‘tough love’ season so far.
The Queensland support worker, 25, was brutally dumped from the Villa in Tuesday night’s episode, after her partner Taylor chose to re-couple with New South Wales content creator Em Miguel Leigh.
‘F**k this I’m going to Los Angeles,’ she said.
Fans of the reality dating series were shocked to learn that the Aussie meant she planned on paying a visit to her aunty-in-law Tish Cyrus and Grammy-winning singer, Miley Cyrus.
Syndey-born Eilisha, who failed to find many fans during her brief stint on the series, is the niece of Australian actor Dominic Purcell.
The Prison Break star, 54, married Tish Cyrus, 57, in an intimate and exclusive backyard ceremony in California, which Eilisha attended as part of the bridal party.
Dominic and Tish went Instagram official just months after she filed for divorce from country star Billy Ray Cyrus for a third time in April 2022, after 28 years of marriage.
Love Island fans made the connection between the A-list couple and Eilisha when they combed through her Instagram after her dumping from the show.

‘Throwback to an amazing wedding celebrating love,’ Eilisha captioned a carousel of photos taken at her uncle’s wedding to Miley’s mother in 2023.
‘Holy sh*t,’ one shocked Aussie fan commented when the photos were shared.
In one picture, Eilisha was seen flashing a huge smile as she posed alongside Miley, 31, in a rare glimpse inside the celebrity ceremony.
‘She’s still a mean girl though,’ another viewer commented on Eilisha’s photos.
‘So does that mean Miley Cyrus is her step cousin?’ queried a third.
Technically, yes.
Dominic shares shares four kids – Joseph, Audrey and twins Lily-Rose and Augustus – with his ex-wife Rebecca Williamson.
His sister Marie-Therese is Eilisha’s mother.
Love Island fans were shocked to learn of Eilisha’s close connection to Tish Cyrus, who referred to her as a ‘niece’, of her own
Eilisha posed for a family portrait with Dominic’s daughters – her cousins – in the photos discretely left up on her Instagram page.
She also put up a photo taken later at the wedding reception, with Miley wearing a sheer mesh mini dress and wrapping an arm around her shoulders.
‘My mermaid nieces,’ Tish lovingly commented on the post, which also included a photo of the newlywed bride holding both Eilisha and her younger sister.
Tish Cyrus and Dominic Purcell went Instagram-official in November 2022 and things between the pair moved quickly.
Their wedding ceremony took place in the backyard of a luxurious Malibu mansion as guests sat poolside across from the proceedings.
Tish’s bridal party, including Eilisha, wore ice blue dresses while Purcell’s group of men sported white button-ups to match the groom.

Eilisha might have A-list Hollywood connections, but she failed to find fans during her brief stint on Love Island Australia.
Em, the NSW model who Eilisha blasted as ‘snakey’ for coupling up with her bombshell partner Taylor Reid, has emerged as a favourite in the 2024 season.
‘Obviously the person that I had the most connection with was Taylor but he chose Em after they went on a date and I didn’t speak to him at all,’ Eilisha said in her exit interview.
‘We were both after the same guy but she was being snakey and she won. Good girl, good on her.’
Meanwhile, another video clip of Eilisha ranting at Taylor during the series has been flooded with unflattering comments.
‘And it was in that moment, he realised he dodged a bullet,’ one person commented on the video.

‘Wish you the best but maybe don’t have such a negative energy going forward,’ another fan commented on one of Eilisha’s Instagram posts.
‘Girl, that’s not how you wanna be seen on live tv,’ wrote another viewer.
Fans of the Nine series have praised Taylor for responding to Eilisha’s comments in a ‘calm and mature’ manner and said his demeanour has been ‘refreshing’ to watch.
‘Please do not bring her back!’ another viewer commented.
‘He stayed so calm and grounded. Well done, a man who likes to connect through a decent conversation.’
After causing a stir by saying she was jetting off to LA after her exit, Eilisha took to Instagram on Wednesday to reflect on her time in the villa.
‘It’s been a crazy journey but I’m so grateful that I was able to be a part of this incredible opportunity with incredible people,’ she wrote.

‘I’ll never forget the memories I made this summer. As someone with ADHD, I’m incredibly proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing this experience head-on.
‘A lot happens in a day and only 45 minutes of that is shown on the show but I know I will remember every second of it.
‘I didn’t fall in love which is disappointing but the friendships I made along the way make up for it.’
