“To create something based on an illness many are affected with to line your own pockets is disgusting.”
Married at First Sight Australia 2022‘s Olivia Frazer has slammed Domenica Calarco for “commodifying” mental illness whilst teasing the launch of her new project.
Since their stint on the marriage experiment, the former TV brides have kept their feud well and truly alive IRL.

On October 23, Domenica, who recently completed a 21-day stay at a mental health facility, teased her Instagram followers about a new business venture.
“Behind every great idea is a little bit of madness,” the former podcast host told the camera whilst holding a handbag with “MAD WOMAN” painted across it.
In August, she hinted that she’d be turning the works she created during her art therapy amid her mental health struggles into a line of merchandise, so it seems this has something to do with her new project.
Later that day, Olivia, who’s used her platform to discuss mental health, took to her Stories to call out an unnamed influencer for using their “mental illness” as a selling point. However, it’s crystal clear her post was aimed at Domenica.
“Tonight, I saw a video teasing for some typical vague ‘secret project’ bullsh*t. Except something left me sick to my stomach. And no, the sickening thing wasn’t the thirsty leech cosplaying as the starring role,” she wrote to her Story.

Olivia went on to say she took issue with the “blatant commodification of mental illness“.
“As someone who’s openly struggled with anxiety, severe depression and suicidal thoughts (that this ‘newfound mental health advocate’ has personally contributed to), who’s watched [loved ones’ struggle, and who’s lost them to suicide, I’m enraged.”

The OnlyFans model also said she found it “abhorrent” that someone would “cash in” the same struggles that had been “used as a scapegoat to avoid accountability” to “make a profit”.
Olivia pointed out that spreading awareness and promoting mental health charities positively spark conversations about mental health.

However, she had an issue with her former co-star making money off something that negatively affects many people.
“To create something based on an illness many are affected with to line your own pockets as if it’s your party trick is disgusting,” she penned.
“It’s not a ‘movement’ when you market it to only benefit yourself. It’s not ’empowering to all’ when it’s only about you.”
Married at First Sight‘s Olivia Frazer says Domenica Calarco should donate her profits to mental health charities
Olivia then claimed that the only thing that would make Domenica’s new project acceptable in her eyes is if 100 per cent of the profits go towards a mental health charity instead of “the narc and the narc’s enablers”.
Olivia then shared a list of mental health organisations people could donate to. These included Beyond Blue, Black Dog Institute, Lifeline Australia and Head Space.

It comes after sources told So Dramatic! that Domenica’s mental health focus was part of a “PR strategy” to “make people forget about her past indiscretions“.
