While this year began on a promising note, it seems to have had some troubles in store for Larsa Pippen. The ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star once again broke up with Michael Jordan‘s son, Marcus Jordan. While she is reeling from her breakup, the actress pointed out one important lesson she has learned from her previous relationship with retired NBA player Scottie Pippen.

During her latest appearance in the Amy and T.J. podcast, the mother of four opened up about how she isn’t bothered by all the criticism that is directed toward her. And she became adapted to this lifestyle after her two-decade-long relationship with the NBA star. Larsa revealed that she has gotten used to the scrutiny that comes with the celebrity lifestyle.

“Well, being married to an NBA player two years old, I feel like you’re used to it, You’re built like it. I’ve been in this lifestyle for a long time, and I feel like I’m not like one of those people that, like, you can say the worst things about me.” The mother of four further added, “I’m not really phased by it because I feel like I look at my kids, I look at my businesses, I look at my friends that are there, like, they would do anything for me, and I feel like that, to me, makes me feel good. I don’t really care to like portray an image,” explained Larsa Pippen.

For those who aren’t aware, Larsa met Marcus through mutual friends and the two began dating in 2022.

Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan broke up due to differences

They confirmed their relationship in January 2023. While the couple had to face harsh criticism for the age gap and the drama with Marcus’s father’s feud with Scottie, the two remained together. Everything seemed to be in place for the couple until the two broke up briefly in February 2024 followed by a quick reconciliation. However, this time, sources close to them have a different story.

Rumors about their first break-up started when the two suddenly unfollowed each other on Instagram. The news caused a lot of sensation sparking conversation among the RHOM stars. While the two did get back together, the couple never confirmed that their relationship was back to normal. Some even went on to argue that the break-up was staged for publicity. Several of Larsa’s co-stars voiced their doubts in the matter.

However, friends close to the couple shared that the breakup this time was serious and different. Their statement highlighted how the two want different things in their life. While they are still friendly with each other, they have come to realize the differences between the two. In the same podcast, Larsa Pippen also confirmed that Marcus Jordan is not the right person for her. “He is a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me.”
