NFL Star Reacts After Kyrie Irving Won the NBA Fan Favorite Award

The Dallas Mavericks, led by Kyrie Irving, made a significant comeback this season after missing the NBA playoffs the previous year. After turbulent years with the Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics, the veteran guard now seems comfortable.

According to NBA.com, the 2016 NBA champion won the NBA Fan Favorite Handle of the Year title. This highlighted one of Irving’s most significant game-enhancing attributes.

Alongside Irving, former Dallas Cowboys player Dez Bryant celebrated the honor. He implored the audience to credit Irving for his remarkable return from being associated with troublemaking and getting entangled in off-field matters.

Dez Bryant posted on X: “A lot of y’all owe this man an apology!”

Many people anticipated that Kyrie Irving would cause problems in Dallas. It happened when the Mavericks chose to acquire him before the 2023 trade deadline. He has previously been embroiled in several off-field scandals, including his social media publication of a link to an objectionable movie and his refusal to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
